Ring-tailed lemurs, with their attractive speckled tails,
are excellent jumpers and fast runners.
They are nicknamed "ghost monkeys" because of their ghostly appearance.
They are also known as "sun worshippers"
because of their unique posture when sunbathing,
with their front paws and chest open to the sun.
They are also very maternal.
When they have babies,
they carry them on their backs to care for them.
